We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive orthodontic care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding orthodontic experience every time you visit our practice. We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
I started in the dental field in 1984 and joined Tucker Orthodontics in 2010. When our patients come into the office, my smiling face is one of the first things they see. I love meeting and getting to know new people, and seeing the patients new smiles after treatment. We’re a family here, and we love welcome new people into our family!
I have two wonderful daughters and a sweet little toy poodle. Some of my favorite activities include shopping, going to dinner and movies, and doing crafts with my friends.
My career in dentistry began in 1984 as a dental assistant, and I transitioned into an administrative role when I joined Tucker Orthodontics in 1999. I’m here to assist new patients with all their financial needs and help them understand the best ways to utilize their orthodontic insurance benefits. We have a great, high-energy office—the doctors love to keep me on my toes!
My husband Clyde and I have been married for 44 years. We have three children, two grandchildren, and a Shih-Tzu named Chloee. My hobbies include embroidery, applique, and sewing. I also love cheering for my Tennessee Vols and spending time with my grandchildren.
Appointment Coordinator/Correspondence Technician
I can be found at our font desk, where I greet and check in new patients, and communicate with general dentists and patients’ parents to ensure all dental needs are met. I enjoy getting to know our patients on a first-name basis, and work hard to make sure they have a positive experience in our office. Ever since joining the team in 2014, everyone has been so helpful—teaching me new things on a daily basis. I consider all the people I work with my family.
I have been married since 2012 to Josh Sheehan, and we have a four-year-old dog named Bailey. We’re expecting our first child in June of 2016! In my free time, I enjoy crafting (getting most of my ideas off Pinterest), college football, traveling the East Coast, and cooking out with friends and family.
Our Orthodontic Assistants
Our orthodontic assistants help to place braces, change wires, take any necessary X-rays and photographs, and give instruction on the best ways to take care of your braces or appliance. They love meeting new patients and take the time to make sure your treatment is an easy, comfortable and all-around positive experience from the moment you enter the door. Our assistants look forward to helping you or your child gain the self-esteem and confidence that comes with a beautiful, straight smile.
I love working with people! My favorite part is seeing their eyes light up when their braces come off and see that it was all worth it. It can be challenge at times, and I am always up for a challenge! When I originally begin with Tucker Orthodontics in 1997, I worked with Dr. John Tucker Sr. He was a wonderful man and a joy to work with. Of course, now I work for his two sons, both of whom share his values and ethics. It is still a family business, and I like the atmosphere that comes with that.
I am married to Richard Chambers (of 102.7) and I have two wonderful children, Michelle and Travis. I love animals, mostly dogs. At the moment I have Brody and Bella. Bella is a Bassett Hound and my little heart. I have always loved Basset Hounds. I seem to venture a lot to the mountains. My husband says that one day we will be retiring there!
I earned my diploma in expanded duty dental assisting from Aiken Technical College in 2007 and became a board-certified orthodontic assistant in 2008. Here at Tucker Orthodontics, I have the pleasure of watching our patients’ self-esteem grow from the beginning to the end of treatment as they develop their beautiful smiles. Everyone on our team strives to work hard and give the best treatment to our patients, but we also know how to have fun at the same time!
I love going to Gamecock football game on Saturdays with family and friends, and also enjoy deer and duck hunting. I am a member of Matlock Baptist Church in Jackson, SC where I currently serve on the children’s committee.
I graduated from Aiken Technical College as an expanded duty dental assistant, and joined Tucker Orthodontics in 2009. Seeing the happy smiles on our patients’ faces once treatment is complete is one of the best parts of my job! I enjoy having fun at work and giving patients a reason to show off their beautiful smiles!
I have been married for seven years and just had my first child. We live on a hobby farm full of chickens! I enjoy going fishing and camping when I’m not with my family or busy with farm work.
I joined Tucker Orthodontics in 2012 and am a board-certified orthodontic assistant. I love getting to know our patients on a personal level, and seeing their faces light up when their braces come off! It’s one of the best feelings in the world! Our office is such a fun place--everyone I work with is very hard working but a lot of fun to be around at the same time!
At home, I have two dogs named Summer and Annie. I am a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church in Aiken, SC, where I also play volleyball. On Saturdays, I can be found watching Carolina Gamecock football games with friends and family!
I graduated in 2014 from Aiken Technical College with a diploma in applied science as an expanded duty dental assistant. I completed my board certification in orthodontic assisting the same year and joined the Tucker Orthodontics team. Our patients are the best part of my job. They’re all such unique individuals, and each person has something special to share.
I have a one-year-old German shorthaired pointer with whom I love doing different activities and spending time. I also really like going to the gym and staying healthy!
